Spring Break 2023

Over Spring Break, my family and I drove to Las Vegas. We did some hiking in Red Rock Canyon and in the Valley of Fire. The formations in these places are red and orange due to oxidized iron in the rocks. We also walked down The Strip. One of the hotels had a garden inside with both fake and real flowers. It smelled sweet in there because of all the plants.

In Orange, I went to the Village with my friends and helped set up and take down at El Mo Jam. It was nice to see the bands playing from our school. We have a lot of talented musicians on campus.
